Community Forums

If you cannot find an answer to your question in the FAQ then you may find an answer in the Community Forums. Feel free to submit your question, request assistance for problems, make enhancement suggestions and discuss Audiophiler with other music enthusiasts. The forums are monitored daily and most questions are answered within 24 hours.

 

Bug Report or Support Request

If you would like to report a bug in Audiophiler, then either, post the bug report in the Support forum or complete the Bug Report form.

 

Feature Request

If you would like to suggest a new feature or enhancement to Audiophiler, then either, post the suggestion in the Features forum or complete the Feature Request form.

 

Request Unlock Key

If you have misplaced your orignal unlock key and need it to install the software, you can request a replacement unlock key.
